Making new records is not necessarily positive

From time to time I have been helping out Rune with his 27 J model, bought with what was supposed to be an overhauled engine (NOT).
Just before Christmas we decided to tear out the engine, there was no more remedies to be done to get it running properly as it was.
Having torn of the cylinders it appears exhaust valve stems are worn 6-7 /10 of a mm, if that is not close to a record!!
Also found the front cylinder has been welded in the inlet area, and the weld allowed false air to be sucked in, no wonder the engine did not run properly, oh my!
